Under the standard executed GB/T1222, the main products of the spring steel are 60Si2Mn,60Si2MnA,50CrVA,60CrMnA,55CrMnA and SUP9, and the diameters of the spring flat ranges 6～28.5×44.5～120mm. The product quality is improved by means of smelting outside oven, electromagnetic stirring and optimizing rolling control and coldness control data. With the advantages of excellent quality, good cutting and outside dimension, and long fatigue life, it was awarded with the “Golden Cup Prize” of metallurgical product quality by China Iron and Steel Industry Association in 2002.
