碳素结构钢主要分为盘条和圆钢 现执行GB/T700 –2006及相应产品标准。我公司生产的Q195、LS08、1008等盘条主要用于拉丝，Q235盘条多用于建筑及冷轧带肋钢筋用母料。The main products of carbon structure steel are wire coil and round bar, executed GB/T700 –2006 and according products standards. The wire coil of Q195,LS08,1008 produced by QIS are mainly utilized for drawing, and the wire coil of Q235, for the base metal of construction and cold rolled reinforced bar with rib.
我公司拉丝用钢盘条，为连铸镇静钢盘条，具有较低含碳及含硅量，拉拔性能好，主要适用于拉拔细直径各种规格铁丝。低碳钢热轧盘条按用途分，供拉丝用盘条在牌号后加“L”字样，供建筑用盘条在牌号加“J”字样。拉丝用Q195L按化学成分供货。The steel wire rod for drawing of our company is killed steel coils with lower contents of carbon and silicon and excellent drawing performance, which is mainly utilized for drawing small diameter wires of various specifications. According to different usage, the low carbon steel hot rolled wire for drawing is added “L” after the grade and the low carbon steel hot rolled wire for construction is added “J” after the grade. Q195L for drawing deliveries according to chemical contents.

Products produced by the high speed rolling mill have those advantages as heavy coil weight, less surface scale and precise dimension tolerance. In 1999, the low carbon steel non-twisting control cold and hot rolled wire coil was evaluated as Shandong Provincial Famous Brand Product at its first time, and confirmed again in 2003. The hot rolled wire coil won the title of Qingdao Municipal Famous Brand Product in 2002, and was awarded with the “Golden Cup” Prize of product quality for Metallurgical Department in 1999 and confirmed again in 2004 and won the title of National Customer Satisfactory Product.
