本产品现执行GB/T4354—1994及企业标准。主要牌号有45～80、SWRH42A～82A、SWRH42B～82B。该钢种经调质处理后有较高的综合力学性能，用于制造钢钉、机械零件。高碳钢盘条有较高的强度、硬度、弹性和耐磨性，常用于制造钢丝绳、弹簧、胎圈钢丝等。我公司生产的优质碳素钢热轧盘条，2002年度荣获冶金产品实物质量金杯奖；2007度年获“中国名牌”称号。GB/T4354-1994 and enterprise standard is executed for this product. The main grades are 45～80,SWRH42A～82A and SWRH42B～82B. With higher comprehensive mechanical performance after quality control process for this grade, it could be used to make steel nails and mechanical components. With higher strength, hardness and wearability, the high carbon steel coil could be used to make steel wire rope, spring, tire bead steel wire and so on. In 2002, the high quality carbon steel hot rolled wire coil produced by our company won the Golden Cup Prize of metallurgical product quality and title of “Famous Brand of China” in 2007.
